This is a polka dot ric rac bias binding trim with an overall width of 15mm, supplied on a 25m reel. The polka dot side (front) is a printed dotty bias and the back has a satin finish. The two layers are stamped together to make up the final article. The tape is made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester.
It is manufactured in Europe and is a very good quality trim.
