Here you will find all the information you will need from our terms and conditions. There isn't anything sinister in here, just general info and all the usual T&C's. So grab a coffee (or a hot cuppa) and have a read, we are sure you'll be confident to place your order with us right away.

TRADE PRICES

The prices shown on our site are the prices you will pay and this includes VAT. We can provide VAT invoices for those of you are VAT registered so that you are able to claim this back.

We are also able to offer a trade/maker/retailer discount for businesses looking to resell or manufacture. In order to take advantage of this, you will require an online account with us and the order value must be over £250. The trade discount is 20% off our prices shown.

MINIMUM ORDERS

There is no minimum order but you can make savings by placing larger orders. If you spend £120 or more, you will benefit from free UK shipping. If you spend £240 or more, we can offer a 20% discount (Sewing Wholesale account required for this)

ORDERING

Orders can be placed via our website or you can email an order over if you require items that aren't available online. Online orders and email orders cannot be combined to take advantage of our postage discounts.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE AT PRESENT. ALL ORDERS SHOULD BE PLACED THROUGH THE WEBSITE

All prices are calculated in UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate.

Goods will be invoiced as of current price from dispatch. We cannot guarantee that prices on the website are the current price due to price increases from suppliers. We will try to maintain prices, but reserve the right to increase prices without prior notice.

We try to have stock of all the items on this site but cannot guarantee this, therefore, acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute an acceptance of your offer to purchase an item.

We do not operate a back order system, if there are items on your order which are unavailable at the time of purchase then we will contact you regarding substitutes/replacements or, if agreed, we will hold your order until the stock is available. Please contact us if you have special requirements.
